T E R M S   &   C O N D I T I O N S

• Airport or any type of transfers cancelled within 2 hours or less prior to pick-up time is considered a late cancel – FULL CHARGE. Buses need 48 hours  notice. Out of town/Hourly/Charter service cancelled between 12-24 hours will incur a 50% charge, less than 12 hours -100%.

 

• Any 407 ETR charges will be billed separately to the account.

​

• A 15 minutes grace period is provided on pick-ups other than at the airport.  After the grace period, waiting time will be charged accordingly.

​

• All Airport pick-ups for incoming flights must be pre-arranged through our office, to allow our dispatch to monitor the arrival time. Add $15 for pre-arranged pick-ups.

​

• An automatic 15% gratuity will be applied to the account unless otherwise arranged through the office.

​

• Payments in full for all invoices are due upon receipt. Invoicing is immediately following the end of the trip.

​

• If you have any difficulties at the Airport or the Commissioner has told you that there is no car registered under your name, it is your responsibility to call our dispatch office at 1-800 690 6863 at any time and we will assist you. Otherwise a $60.00  NO SHOW will be charged for Sedan or a $85.00 for an SUV.

​

• Following arrival customers are granted an hour to complete all procedures within the airport, and for any addition time needed customer is recommended to notify office to avoid no show chargers.
